ABOUT MICHAEL ASATOURIAN

Michael R. Asatourian is the principal attorney of Asatourian Law, A Professional Corporation. Mr. Asatourian has experience handling commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition/dispositions, financing, and leasing of various types of commercial properties. He has also represented landlords in heavily contested evictions, and other landlord-tenant matters. Mr. Asatourian is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts throughout California.

 

Mr. Asatourian graduated cum laude with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in real estate finance from California State University, Fullerton, and a Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School – Los Angeles. While in law school, he was a judicial extern for the Honorable Ernest Robles, Bankruptcy Judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California.

Mr. Asatourian is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, actively participates on the Executive Committee for the Real Estate Section of the Beverly Hills Bar Association, and sits on the Board of Directors for CARE – Multicultural Healing, a nonprofit organization. Mr. Asatourian also holds a California Real Estate Broker's license (DRE License No. 01776313).
