Michael R. Asatourian brings a strategic blend of transactional expertise and litigation experience to every client matter. As the founder of Asatourian Law, he has built a reputation for delivering practical, business-focused solutions in complex real estate matters throughout Southern California.

Michael's practice spans the full spectrum of commercial real estate, from structuring multi-million dollar acquisitions and dispositions to negotiating sophisticated lease agreements. His transactional experience gives him unique insight when representing landlords in contested evictions and property disputes—he understands not just the legal issues at stake, but the business implications behind every decision.

Michael J. Rubino, Esq.

Michael J. Rubino brings 37 years of California real estate law experience to Asatourian Law. Since earning his J.D. from UC Hastings College of Law and joining the California Bar in 1987, he has dedicated his entire legal career to serving property owners, landlords, and businesses in commercial real estate matters throughout Southern California.

Over nearly four decades of practice, Mr. Rubino has handled countless commercial lease negotiations for both landlords and tenants, represented property owners in complex real estate transactions, and successfully litigated disputes involving leases, property rights, easements, and ADA compliance issues. His extensive experience spans properties of all types and sizes—from small retail spaces to major commercial developments—giving him the perspective and practical wisdom that only comes from decades of hands-on real estate work.

Mr. Rubino's practice encompasses the full range of commercial real estate matters, including lease negotiations and enforcement, landlord-tenant disputes and evictions, property acquisitions and sales, ADA compliance counseling, easement and property rights issues, real estate-related business litigation, and breach of contract and unfair business practice claims. His deep knowledge of California real estate law, combined with his strategic approach to problem-solving, makes him a trusted advisor to clients navigating complex property matters.
